Brulejol / buljol / bhuljol / bull-jowl / brulejol / bulljoll, buljug:  A dish made from salt cod, oil, onions, tomatoes, peppers usually eaten for breakfast.  French origin brÛle ‘burn’ + geule ‘throat’.
